Anybody else have problems getting flowers delivered from ftd.com?

A bouquet of flowers was supposed to arrive at my girlfriend%26#039;s place on 02/14/08 and never did. It%26#039;s now the 15th and I can%26#039;t get a hold of anyone at ftd.com. FedEx says the flowers have yet to be in their possession.





Anyone else having this problem? and being pissed off about it!?!

Same problem but I actually did get an email on 2/15 from FTD saying %26quot;at this time we do not have a florist available in your recipient%26#039;s delivery area who can deliver your product on 2/14.%26quot; Unbelieveable. She lives in the middle of Manhattan - don%26#039;t tell me there aren%26#039;t any florists in Manhattan that could%26#039;ve delivered the flowers. I%26#039;m furious, and I know she was disappointed cause it looked like she didn%26#039;t get anything on Vday.
Reply:I%26#039;ve used FTD before and it works perfectly fine! You need to get the comformation number and track your order down. Terribly sorry for what happened. Your girlfriend was probably really mad huh? Or not. She was probably wondering where the roses were. Lol. If she%26#039;s upset, tell her what happened. And Good luck!





And, I sure understand how upset you are. Not that it ever happened to me but I remember once ordering a book online and it was supposed to ship that day and it didn%26#039;t come til 2 days after.. which of course.. I was very upset. So, feel better!
Reply:Nope sorry - I%26#039;ve often used FTD and have never had an issue with them.





If there is an email customer service on their website, I%26#039;d certainly be emailing them tho!
