Yes.. Think of it in reverse. How would you find someone who did? The only linking information is the persons IP address and their credit details. The credit card info is pretty tightlyl held by the bank and the ISP is not about to help you find who was using that IP address unless you are in law enforcement. So unless you have the appropriate government authority it would be very hard to trace back.
