How do men feel about getting flowers?????

I'm not sure I want to send flowers because I don't even know how that would go over with my boyfriend. I want to send something to his work just to let him know I'm thinking of him. I love getting flowers but do guys???? I want to ask him how he'd feel but I'd want it to be a surprise. Should I just send a card or something???? Or what else could I send???? He loves Nike Dunks so I was thinking of ordering a pair and getting them delivered there because he'd be so surprised. This isn't for any special occasion just a simple I love you to death type gesture. Any ideas would help. Thanx

it depends on the man, but normally they just don't appreciate flowers as much as us girls do. the gesture, however, is almost always appreciated. if he's into video games you could buy him a cool new game like GTA4 and drop it off at his work with a bow and a note. this can work with pretty much whatever your guy happens to be into. It's alot cuter if it's something small, like the game or baked goods or something like that, i'd say save the shoes for a special occasion like his birthday or your anniversary :)
Reply:Aw, that's nice. Most guys don't go all mushy for flowers like women do, but guys can appreciate a single rose. So send a big beautiful rose along with the present and a card with a special note written by you and I'm sure he'd appreciate that. ;]

Reply:I'm not to sure about flowers.. You should try something like candy, or chocolate covered strawberry's. I also think the Nike Dunks are a great idea.
