This is the answer I got when I went searching for this answer because I assumed if the flowers were sent as a gift I wasn't supposed to tip, but I was wrong :(

Yeah, they spend their time getting the flowers to you. It like tipping the person who delivers your pizza, you do it out of courtesy.
