What things can you deliver to a person at the work place, besides flowers?

I want to surprise my girlfriend by sending her something to her workplace. I've done flowers before. It's classic, but I want something new. What can I do?

That will be perfect for her and I guarentee she will love it.
Reply:have yourself delivered just in time for her lunch, take her to a nice place for lunch
Reply:do you know of anything she likes, you know how girls like teddys and trinkets cards, or just something that shows your love for her. I'm sure she will be touched so long as you don't go over the score and embarrass her at work you'll be fine. Trust in yourself your instincts are the only ones you've got, good luck
Reply:Anything your heart desires you can have delivered...Send her a singing telegram...LOL it would be funny to be there to see her face LOL
Reply:You could send them some balloons.
Reply:♥ You could send balloons and a stuffed animal... or how about a singing telegram type thing??? I bet she'd love that. Lolz... :-)
Reply:Send her breakfast or lunch... that always made my day, not becasue im a porker (haha) but because I worked in a fast paced office and never had a chance to sit and eat a proper meal so when my bf would show up with a meal it was the sweetest! Send Her a card, some candy... anything you know she likes you can send... no matter what it is im sure she will aprreciate it!
Reply:Send her some TNT
Reply:once on valentines day my boyfriend sent four ladies to my job to sing me a song. best surprise ive ever had. my boss didnt mind either. he thought it was romantic.
