Was it a bad idea for me to send this girl flowers?

I didn't know this girl that well. I'm 24 and she's 19. We hung out twice several months ago and she kind of acted like she liked me. I bumped into her at a party the other night. She asked me if I remembered her and I forgot who she was briefly which seemed to upset her. I remembered later. Anyway, I realized I liked her a lot that night. She is going through a tough time because her friend is in the hospital and I went ahead and ordered her some flowers (not roses) and had them delivered to her parents house where she stays yesterday afternoon. I put on the card "Smile, Kassi...from a guy who's very sorry he forgot your name." We have no way to contacting each other except through Myspace and I haven't gotten a message or anything from her, so i'm just wondering do you all think that I maybe I creeped her out?

I don't think you creep her out. She is just dealing with a lot, You probable put a smile on her face. That was sweet and thoughtful.

Reply:Well, if I was in that situation that wouldn't creep me out at all. That was very nice of you, and I'm sure she enjoys the gesture. I wouldn't worry about it. I'm sure you'll hear from her soon, but, like you said, she has a lot going on right now so I wouldn't expect anything to happen super fast.

Reply:Just a little, yet you should let her know that your there for her if she need support or anything else. Do what you can to make her happy.
